Trump Expected To Arrive In NYC Monday

Why don’t we all visit Donald and welcome him back home at Trump Tower:

President Donald Trump’s arrival in New York City — originally scheduled for Sunday evening — is now expected on Monday, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Sunday afternoon.

De Blasio said Sunday that the latest plan calls for Trump to arrive on Monday and stay through Wednesday evening. But he emphasized that the schedule may change.

People are already congregating hoping to see The Donald:

I’m excited. Aren’t you?

Let’s talk golf:

Trump Approval Ratings Drop Lower Than Impeachment Favorability, Base Begins To Shrink

Get’s worse by the day:

More Americans are hoping for a Trump impeachment than are giving the new President Trump favorable approval ratings. Fox News reports that one Trump approval rating poll in the wake of the North Korea crisis this week showed that the president’s approval rating is up. This is common right before a president takes the country to war.

However, the Fox News report is not indicative of the majority of Trump approval rating polls. Further, the Fox News report is reporting on a conservative-based poll with a strong partisan flavor, giving Trump a 45 percent approval rating from a Rasmussen Reports poll. Unlike other polls, Rasmussen Reports methodology lacks transparency, and it is unclear how those numbers were obtained.

When all other Trump approval ratings over the past week are examined, the average shows that Trump’s approval rating is not just at a historic low for him, but historically low in comparison to every other president. Worse for Donald Trump, other recent polls are showing that more Americans want Trump impeached than approve of his job performance.

Trump still Refuses to Condemn White Supremacists as Terrorists

1 day later Donald Trump still refuses to condemn the domestic terror attack by a white supremacist in Charlottesville.

President Trump has a history of refusing to denounce white supremacists. Yesterday he did it again. This time an individual with ties to hate groups ran over anti-racist protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia.

If he couldn’t do it now he will never will.

Some Republicans did not have that problem: Continue reading “Trump still Refuses to Condemn White Supremacists as Terrorists”

Trumps Failure to Condemn White Supremacy Shows his Loyalty

The president was needed today to heal the country but instead he chose to give aid and comfort to the perpetrators of racial violence.

He just walks away:

Even Republicans denounced the president:

Donald Trump refuses to name the problem of white supremacist violence

Trump is consistent. His every move is hate filled or hate indifferent. That’s why imperative that we impeach this monster now. His continued presence in the White House fuels the worst in America:

This is not just a failure to condemn the white nationalists who were responsible for the bulk of the violence and disorder in Charlottesville with the same vehemence that Trump condemns “radical Islamic terrorism” during any attack of any size in the US or abroad. It is an actively misleading account of what happened.

It implies that both rally-goers and counterprotesters were equally to blame for violence, leaving the door wide open for Trump supporters to assume that “the left” started it. It implies that the “hate and division” are equally distributed, and that the counterprotesters seeking to stand up to the rallygoers are every bit as hateful as the rallygoers sporting swastika pins. And by calling for the “swift restoration of law and order,” it implies that the problem is disrespect for police — encouraging the misinterpretation that this is somehow the fault of anyone else but the white nationalists themselves.

A Trump Employee Said He Knew Of Misconduct At The Company. Then He Claimed His Family Was Assaulted

We have a president who is essentially a mafioso. But in America if you wealthy enough and connected to the powerful you get away with just about anything. That’s the story of Trump. He’s been corrupt for most of his adult life:

Donald Trump’s security guards once shoved, threatened, and held a 12-year-old boy and his mother against their will after her husband promised to go public with damaging allegations against the Trump Organization, according to the family’s account in FBI records and court filings.

The incident is one of several in which Trump surrogates have been accused of going to extreme lengths to protect him.

REPORT: 12-Year-Old Trump Rape Victim ‘Maria’ Alive and Talking

In the past, there have been allegations made about inappropriate sexual encounters involving Donald Trump. Heck, Trump himself even admitted to some of these, when he announced to the world that he likes “grabbing women by the p*ssy”. While surely there are individuals who come forward with informa

Jeff Flake: My Party Is in Denial About Donald Trump

“We created him, and now we’re rationalizing him. When will it stop?”

If by 2017 the conservative bargain was to go along for the very bumpy ride because with congressional hegemony and the White House we had the numbers to achieve some long-held policy goals—even as we put at risk our institutions and our values—then it was a very real question whether any such policy victories wouldn’t be Pyrrhic ones. If this was our Faustian bargain, then it was not worth it. If ultimately our principles were so malleable as to no longer be principles, then what was the point of political victories in the first place?

Congressman’s Wife: Media Has Tapes of Trump ‘Treasoning’ With Russia

They are closing in for the kill. And when the truth comes out what will the right say? Will they act betrayed? When we knew all along that this man was a fraud. Any intelligent Republicans/conservatives are running like hell from this man right around now:

We have just learned moments ago that there allegedly are in fact tapes which exist, that prove President Trump has committed some form of Treason. According to Congressman Alan Grayson’s wife, Dr. Dena Grayson (also a former candidate for Congress herself), two separate “reliable” sources have informed her that evidence exists on tapes, that the mainstream media has been holding off on sharing with the public.

Conservative WSJ editorial board slams Trump’s transgender military tweet in blistering op-ed

This is significant. Once the right-wing starts turning on Trump that’s when we know he’s done:

In a blistering op-ed published this week, the right-wing Wall Street Journal editorial board slammed Trump’s reckless tweet by pointing out that making major policy changes through hastily written tweets was the height of irresponsibility.

“Notwithstanding that the President dedicated some 520 characters to the U.S. military’s new transgender policy, officials at the Pentagon have expressed some, er, confusion about the details of the directive, whose timing apparently took them by surprise,” the editors wrote.

Study: Bots accounted for a third of pro-Trump Twitter activity during last year’s debates

This semi-coherent baboon, for one night last October, reigned supreme; but was it of his own doing?  Regardless of what the news outlets say — or your sensibilities tell you — for one night, Trump was king — at least on Twitter. But as with all things surrounding the 2016 Presidential election, it might not be […]

Federal court rules public officials cannot block social media users.

Are you listening, Donnie?

Does the First Amendment bar public officials from blocking people on social media because of their viewpoint?

That question has hung over the White House ever since Donald Trump assumed the presidency and continued to block users on Twitter. The Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University has sued the president on behalf of blocked users, spurring a lively academic debate on the topic. But Trump isn’t the only politician who has blocked people on social media. This week, a federal court weighed in on the question in a case with obvious parallels to Trump’s. It determined that the First Amendment’s Free Speech Clause does indeed prohibit officeholders from blocking social media users on the basis of their views.

Report: ‘Trump is Going to Prison’ – Member of Trump’s Inner Circle Tells Family

It’s coming. Bye, bye, Donald:

“FYI ===> Trusted member of Trump’s inner circle has told family & friends that he knows both he & POTUS are going to prison. Developing … Remember when I said our Foreign Intel partners know everything about Trump? Yeah, that.”

Ivanka And Jared Spark Trump Supporter Outrage By Appearing At The Same Party As George Soros

As I’ve said it before Trump voters are beginning to learn what kind of con artist the current occupant of the White House is. Trump has no loyalties, except maybe his family:

It would be hard to find a more reviled character in the cast of the GOP’s villains than George Soros, the billionaire investor whose name is often associated with Democratic super PACs and overseas democracy movements. That did not, apparently, stop Donald Trump’s son-in-law and daughter from enjoying a party with him, according to Politico, as reported by The Hill. Also in attendance? White House Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway.Needless to say, Trump supporters were not pleased.Breitbart’s comment section was ablaze with recrimination. “He [Soros] is part of the system with Jared, Ivanka, and Conway it appears! No good!” cried one commenter.“The question is…Why did Ivanka and Jared, along with conway [sic] go to this socialist party?” another asked.“There is absolutely no GOOD reason on Earth for any American patriot to spend any time with George Soros or his ilk!” said another Breitbart poster.

25 Democrats now Support Removing Trump from Office

And that number will continue to grow:

A group of 25 House Democrats, including former DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, have been quietly working since April on a bill to remove Trump from office, Yahoo News’ Michael Isikoff reports.

Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland is the main sponsor of the bill, which takes a radical and unprecedented approach to removing President Trump using the 25th Amendment. The bill goes after a specific part of the amendment (section 4) by proposing the creation of an “Oversight Commission on Presidential Capacity.”

What it means: Some overlooked language in section 4 of the 25th Amendment allows for a separate body to remove the president based on mental or physical capacity. It was created in 1967 after JFK’s assassination, but these House Dems. are citing Trump’s erratic tweets as evidence he’s mentally incapacitated to serve.

And it will happen if we keep the pressure on:

People gathered in cities across the United States on Sunday, two days before Independence Day, to call on Congress to impeach President Donald Trump.

Trump Can’t hide his Raw Misogyny

This is the kind of article we should be reading from the mainstream press. They have a responsibility to expose evil:

But Trump appears to be feeling a lot of strain. He’s obsessed with the Russia probe, and a recent Washington Post story reported that his friends “privately worry about his health, noting that he appears to have gained weight in recent months and that the darkness around his eyes reveals his stress.” When you’re under pressure, it can be harder to hide your true self. And Trump’s true self is a pig.

On Tuesday, Trump interrupted a phone call with Ireland’s Prime Minister to sexually harass an Irish journalist named Caitriona Perry. Calling her forward, he said, “And where are you from? Go ahead. Come here, come here. Where are you from? We have all of this beautiful Irish press.” She stepped forward awkwardly and he looked her over. Then, returning to the call, he said with a smirk, “She has a nice smile on her face so I bet she treats you well.”

Trump admin now Arresting Immigrant Parents

The hate of this administration is the worst in American history:

Parents are the latest target in the Trump administration’s crackdown on immigration. Last week, ICE began arresting parents who paid smugglers to escort their children to the U.S., NYT reports. Previously, ICE focused on arresting the smugglers, but this new immigration strategy penalizes the parents who organized travel so their children could join them in the U.S.

The Case for Impeaching Donald Trump Continues to Grow

We already have enough evidence to impeach Donald Trump. He violated the constitution on day one of his presidency. But there is plenty more. His firing of FBI Comey after trying, and failing, to get him to go easy on the Flynn investigation constitutes obstruction of justice. Now we have an attempt to coerce a prominent TV host into silence after making threats.

Congress doesn’t have to wait for any investigation to finish before the impeachment process begins. They must, and should, start now. And we already have some members of Congress taking the necessary steps. One Senator, in particular, compared what’s happening with Trump and Watergate.

We must act now because every day that Trump is in the White House he endangers our national security. He is a loose cannon incapable of behaving in a civilized manner. Trump is clearly mentally ill. He has the potential of starting a nuclear war. And he has already made frightening threats that could lead to just that. Time is running out before something really terrible happens.

We must act now. If you care for your future and that of your children speak out. Demand Congress impeach before it’s too late.

Watchdog Groups Say Donald Trump Violated Constitution by Deleting Tweets

In objecting to President Donald Trump’s executive order banning immigrants and travelers from six Muslim-majority countries, civil rights lawyers pointed to messages the president posted on his Twitter account as evidence he based the ban on religion, not national security.

Now, as news outlets report he’s deleted 22 tweets — including one noting a meeting with military brass at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida — two good-government watchdog groups have sued Trump, claiming he’s violated federal and constitutional law that prohibits destruction of presidential records.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington and the National Security Archives filed the lawsuit late last week in federal court.

NY Times’ David Brooks: Trump has not fulfilled promise of new conservatism

Conservative New York Times columnist David Brooks said Sunday that President Trump’s political movement has not brought about the new conservatism some had hoped for.

“I think he opened the door for a new kind of conservatism but has not fulfilled it,” Brooks told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria in an interview that aired on Sunday.

…Brooks went on to say Trump has not helped the voters who elected him because he has staffed his administration with people who believe in former President Ronald Reagan’s philosophy on government and economics.

Poll: 43 Percent (and rising) Support Trump Impeachment

So why do Democratic politicians for the most part avoid the subject? We shouldn’t wait on them. We must demand that Trump be removed from office:

More and more Americans support Congress pursuing impeachment proceedings against President Trump, according to a new poll.

Support for Trump’s impeachment rose 5 points in the Politico/Morning Consult poll, from 38 percent to 43 percent, in the last week. Forty five percent now say the president should continue with business as usual.

Anti-Trump Protests Planned nationwide on Saturday

This protest/march day is important. But we don’t need any more investigations. There is enough proof that Trump broke the law, and just violating his oath office, for him to be impeached. I propose we march on Washington and stay there until Donnie is forced from office. We must demand that Congress do it’s job and impeach Donald Trump:

Protesters will gather in Washington, D.C., and 135 other cities on Saturday to call for an independent commission to investigate possible collusion between President Trump’s campaign and Russia to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.

Is Jared Kushner a Russian Agent of Influence?

This is a question that we must ask. The Russians are known for turning people to use as agents of influence. It’s beginning to look like a least 1 person in the Trump White House was exactly that:

It’s one thing to secretly meet with the Russians without disclosing it when you were legally required to disclose it. It’s a whole different level of troubling to secretly meet with a Russian banker who is reportedly one of Vladimir Putin’s top cronies.

According to reporting by NBC News on Saturday, Sergey Gorkov – the Russian banker Jared Kushner met with last December – is a close associate of Putin who often carries out “sensitive” work for the Russian president.

Trump’s obscene nepotism could be what finally brings down this White House:

White House senior adviser Jared Kushner has been called out for omitting the considerable art collection he shares with wife Ivanka Trump from financial disclosure forms submitted to the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, according to a recent artnet News report.

Hillary Clinton Calls Third Party Voters ‘Crazy,’ Continues Excuses for Election Loss

Crazy is believing that you would ever become president, Hillary. You are an ugly and bitter woman who thinks she is entitled:

Clinton also blamed the media for her loss, despite nearly every major newspaper in the country formally endorsing her campaign. Editorial boards of major publications were stocked with pro-Clinton pundits, and leaked emails revealed that journalists at several mainstream media outlets exchanged their journalistic independence for access to the Clinton campaign.

“Sixty-six million people voted for me, plus, you know, the crazy third-party people,” Clinton said in response to Traister bringing up some of the conservative hires in mainstream media, like New York Times‘ climate change skeptic Bret Stephens.

Democrats Should Proudly Call for Trump’s Impeachment

Democrats prefer to play politics than do the right thing

Some rank-and-file members are doing it. Why aren’t the party’s leaders showing the same courage of conviction?

But that shouldn’t spook Democrats out of telling voters they understand how critical removing Trump from office is—and that they will fight as hard as they can to do so, even if they ultimately fall short. In many ways the 2016 Democratic primary underscored the importance of finding this very kind of middle ground between promising to deliver popular ends—like Medicare for all—and opposing those ends outright on political-feasibility grounds. The promise to fight is an easy promise to keep.

“I know that there are those who are talking about ‘Well, we’re gonna get ready for next election,’” Waters, the House Democrat, rightly said last week. “No. We can’t wait that long. We don’t need to wait that long. He will have destroyed this country by then. We cannot wake up every morning to another crisis, to another scandal.”

Trump lavishes praise on Saudis, but silent on human rights

As President Donald Trump opened his keynote address in Saudi Arabia, he lavished praise on the “magnificent” kingdom and “the grandeur of this remarkable place.”

Then he made clear there would be no public lecture from America on Saudi Arabia’s abysmal human rights record.

“We are not here to tell other people how to live, what to do, who to be, or how to worship,” Trump declared Sunday.

Trump’s willingness to set aside human rights as a principal foreign policy has been one constant in his chaotic administration. Yet the absence of any public reference to the the kingdom’s treatment of women and political opponents during his two-day visit was still jarring, particularly when contrasted with his affectionate embrace of the royal family.
